Grahame Harding, Chairman

In 1972 Grahame set up Harding Electronics and provided electronic services to a wide range of clients. Having identified the many varied requirements for electronic security within the Financial Sector he then formed First City Care in 1986. The company and its services have expanded and extended to the present day where Grahame is Chairman. In his role as Chairman, Grahame liaises with key clients and oversees the company's corporate charity support.

Ron MacKenzie MBE, Business Development Director

Ron joined First City Care as Business Development Director in 2001 following the sale of Flemings, the investment bank where he was Premises Director. With over 14 years of experience on the client side of blue chip corporations, Ron has an acute understanding of what the client wants. His role encompasses sourcing new business and the development of existing clients during and after project completion.

Anthony French, Finance Director

Anthony joined the company in 1987 during its second year of trading. Anthony has held a number of roles within the company before joining the board in 1996 as Finance Director. In his role Anthony prepares the company management accounts, budget forecasting, credit control and supplier payments. He is also responsible for the management of all the IT systems used by the company.

Chris Richards, Managing Director

Chris joined the company in 1999 as a client liaison for our smaller clients and soon progressed into Project Management. He was promoted in 2002 to the role of Account Manager for one of our largest clients and subsequently to Project Account Director in 2004. In June 2009 Chris was promoted to the role of Managing Director. His role includes securing new business but most importantly ensuring that existing clients needs and expectations are being delivered.
